[EBB Sightings] Contra Costa County Breeding Bird Atlas available Tuesday

Hi friends,
Eleven years after it's founding, the Contra Costa County Breeding Bird Atlas will finally be home from the printer on Tuesday, July 14th. As some of you know, I will be moving to Texas and the only thing that has been holding me back is the book. Although the book won't be widely available for a little longer, we are going to have a slightly impromptu get together on the evening of July 14th at a location to be announced quickly but probably in the Lafayette area. This is getting put together on the fly so until it is available online, payment will be by cash or check. The cost, including tax, will be $22. I think this is a really good deal for a 272 page book with over 50 original drawings by Dana Gardner. 
If you think you will be able to make it to Lafayette that evening between about 6 and 9 pm, please email me back and I will let you know where it will be. If not, more information will be available soon as to how to purchase the book.
