Today I saw a solitary pine siskin at my birdbath in Montclair.  This  
is the latest (previously June 21, 2000) I have observed any at my  
house.  Perhaps the cooler June weather has prompted some of them to  
stick around a bit longer.  Also enjoying a variety of fledglings  
"playing" and begging for food.
