There are paths worn under the current nest from the numbers of people
who have gone up to see it. There was someone last year seen throwing
a frisbee at the nest. They were in the process of nest building 2
years ago and stopped.
There is a policy of not revealing sensitive nests. Go to the Mt
Diablo website and look under Birding Ethics.
