It is late for large numbers of Siskins to be around. Normally large flocks
of them are here, if at all, in Jan.-March. We frequently have small
numbers around the Piedmont-Orinda-Moraga area until much later in the year.
They can also show up in those areas in October and hang around through the
winter.
This year we are continuing to get reports of flocks of 10-15. In Moraga we
have 5-10 now.
