[EBB Sightings] North Oakland flats Redtail

Hi, folks.
   Around 1:00 this afternoon my wife and I were surprised to see a Redtail flying pretty low between Shattuck and Telegraph just north of Highway 24. We don't see them up this way very much and, if we do, they're at a higher altitude. (The more expected raptors around here are Sharpies or Coops, though we don't see them all that often, either.) After stopping for a moment at a convenience store, we looked north on Shattuck and there was the RT, freaking out a flock of pigeons, though it didn't seem horribly interested in them, and being mobbed (if that's what you call it with only 2) by what looked to be a couple of crows. The harried hawk didn't seem to want to stick around after that.
