[EBB Sightings] Short-eared Owl

At 5:50PM I watched the changing of the guard over the semi-wild fields at
the corner of Lorraine and Hartford. For five minutes the single SEOW dueled
with three Northern Harriers as the light disappeared. The SEOW seemed to
have the advantage in tight turns and could easily get above the harriers. I
hoped the SEOW would get reinforcements but none appeared.
