[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline

Today at the shoreline

Greater White-fronted Geese - 120. Flocks of 69 and 50 flew over the Radio Tower Hills. 1 was on the Radio Tower Hills.

Snow Goose - 1 on Mt. Trashmore flew to the Radio Tower Hills.

Ross Geese - 8 on the Radio Tower Hills near dusk. % were there earlier.

Cackling Geese - 90. 51 on Mt. Trashmore (50 appeared to be Aluetian, 1 was of the sub-species minima. 39 were on the Radio Tower Hills and appeared to be Aluetian. The one with the neck ring number of '16J' was present.

Allen's Hummingbird - 1 at Winton Ave. was the first of the year.

Tropical Kingbird - 1, seen briefly at around 2PM. This was the 4th time I stopped here looking for the kingbird today.

Varied Thrush - 1 at Winton Ave.

Lapland Longspur - 1 seen with Horned Larks in the usual place.
