[EBB Sightings] TKB, Swans at Hayward RS.

We also saw the tropical kingbird after Dave. it was there until at least 
1:00 pm exhibiting fly-catching behavior and flying from the small trees and 
bushes to the wirer. You could see it well from the first parking lot 
looking east toward the buildings in front of the high voltage towers.
