[EBB Sightings] Albany Bulb - Sunday, 12/2

The Albany Bulb had thousands of shorebirds and ducks
mid-day Sunday. Highlights were a female WHITE-WINGED
SCOTER (on the south side) and 3 EURASIAN WIGEONS. The
