[EBB Sightings] Tropical Kingbird

   Last Sunday a number of people looked for the Kingbird at the end of W. Winton Ave. in Hayward to no avail.  It was there early from 07:30 to 08:00 AM until a gang of Crows chassed it away for the rest of the day.
 
   The bird has been present every day.  Gusty winds or Crows will keep it moving around.   Try again.  In the morning 07:30 to 08:00 seems to be the most reliable time to find it although it has been seen on and off throughout the day, every day.  Check the phone wires easterly along the flood control channel or  the top of the chain link fence at the north end of the maintence yard.  I have also seen it on top of the landfill immediately south of the park entrance.   Peter
