[EBB Sightings] Lake Merritt -- Female *Something* -- Ring Necked Duck or Redhead?

female Redhead.
Head rounded forward, not crested in the back. Soft
understated eye-ring. No grey in cheeks. Little
contrast betw. back and flanks. No flank spur. All
fieldmarks, except for the bill pattern, which is
inconclusive, point to female Redhead.
