[EBB Sightings] Tufted Duck at Lake Merritt

He may have been under water - when I looked for him on Sunday, he was 
in the flock by the second island on my way out, and in with the 
whorebirds between the nature center and the first island on the way 
back - bread was being fed, and he was on or near the bottom what looked 
like 2/3 of the time.

I suspect this is the same Tufted Duck that joined the flock that 
frequents the nature center late in the season last year - and if so, we 
should have reliable looks at him for months now. He's onto a good thing 
and unlikely to give it up....
