    Dear East Bay Birders,

I am trying to collate some information on the success of the Bald
Eagle nest that was well-publicised and well-watched along Calaveras
Road on the west side of Calaveras Reservoir this spring and summer. I
personally conducted lengthy watches of the nest in late April and early
June. During the latter period, I met Bob Power out there (if he could
contact me directly, that would be much appreciated).

Two large chicks were present in the nest in early June. I would be
interested in any observations from mid-June onwards that confirm that
both chicks successfully fledged. Observations from someone who checked
the nest on a regular basis during that period would be especially
helpful (e.g., if you passed by and checked it once a week or even more
    frequently throughout June).

Please respond to me privately to avoid filling up the EBB listserve on
this topic (jon DOT king AT edaw DOT com).

I am working for an environmental consultancy firm that is advising
SFPUC on ways to avoid any impacts of their activities on threatened and
endangered wildlife on their lands in the area, so any observations that
you can provide may assist in the preservation of the Bald Eagles at
    Calaveras.

    Many thanks indeed, Jon.
