Today at Briones Regional Park on a Mt. Diablo Audubon Society field
trip, Bob and Ann Landfear spotted a pair of Lawrence's Goldfinches.
One observer thought they saw the female feeding young.

The area was Homestead Valley among the old cypress trees near the
willows nearby, at the end of the Glenn Seaborg trail.
