Hi all,
I believe there are two previous records of Little
Blue Heron for Contra Costa COunty. I don't have the
data handy but Scott Terrill had the first one at the
north end of the Albany mudflats in fall over 10 years
ago (when the Bar-tailed Godwit was in nearby Alameda
County)and Steve Rottenborn had one flying east along
the shore at the Concord Naval Weapons Station,
probably about 8 years ago or so.
