    The turkey vulture is not going to bite anyone unless someone tries to physically harm it. That behavior sounds somewhat odd,
    though. I found one recently acting similarly oddly and it turned out that the bird was starving. You might want to call Lindsey
    Wildlife or WildCare and get some advice (I volunteer at Wildcare)...
