The Red-necked Grebe was still at Shadow Cliffs Regional Park
yesterday (Friday, March 17), in the SW corner of the lake with
several Western and Clark's Grebes.  Moulting is progressing.
This park is on Stanley Blvd., between Livermore and Pleasanton.
Parking is $6 or an annual pass.

The Eastern Phoebe was still at Del Valle Regional Park this
morning (Saturday, March 18), across the street to the S of
the sign "Del Valle Boat Launching Facility", near the end of the
road to the right after passing the entrance booth.
This park is reached by going 3 miles S on Mines Road from
Tesla Road, keeping right at Del Valle Road, about 2 miles to
the entrance booth.  Parking is $6 or an annual pass.
