At 11;30 am on Sunday, we found the Black & White Warbler in the tallest pi=
ne tree near the intersection of Grand and Perkins. When facing Grand stree=
t, the tree was just to the left of the trail.=A0The=A0B &W=A0Warbler was w=
ith a mixed flock of Bushtit, Townsend's Warbler, Chestnut Backed Chickadee=
