[EBB Sightings] Greater White-fronted Goose in Oakland

At the former quarry, now an apparent mini-reservoir, adjacent to the =
Long's Drug Store at the Rockridge Shopping Center (corner of Broadway =
and Happy Valley Ave) a GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GOOSE has been hanging out =
for the past week.  It seems to forage at the NE corner, near the little =
water falls.  This body of water often has a nice supply of interesting =
birds.  On two recent visits I've noticed Red-shouldered Hawk, Spotted =
Sandpiper, several Black-crowned Night Herons, Killdeer, Great Blue =
Heron, Great and Snowy Egret, and many species of ducks, sparrows, =
warblers, and other passerines.
