[EBB Sightings] White-tailed kite

I tried posting this a few days ago but it didn't work - I'll try again now that another member has seen one.  I saw a White-tailed Kite hunting (repeatedly hovering then diving) around 8:45am a few days ago at Shell Ridge in Walnut Creek, close to the beginning of the trail.  I've never seen one before in years of walking there, although there have been plenty of other hawks in the area.
