    Hello Everyone,

In 1998 or some time around that year there was a flock of 200-300 cherry-headed conures around in Berkeley. They were around the Rockridge BART station along Telegraph and College. Their ranged stretched up to the University of California as well. For some unknown reason they disappeared after 1998. We are unsure if they died out or relocated. I was wondering if the conures frequently sighted in the James Kerry park area are from that original flock. If you have any information about this past large flock please email with any information. It would be interesting to find out what happened to them.

    Thanks,
    Sharon Karagozlu
