        Thanks for the Green Heron nest 
    info.  There are plenty of trees 
    around the perimeter of Lake 
    Temescal, many of them oak trees. 
    I'll keep an eye out.
        This morning at Lake Temescal, 
    the WHITE-THROATED SPARROW foraged 
    with four other sparrow species 
    just north of the south parking lot 
    off Broadway Terrace.  Two KILLDEER 
    continue to forage and roost in the 
    sand of the swim beach.  Four 
    RING-NECKED DUCKS have joined the 
    small flotilla of RUDDY DUCKS that 
    have been around for awhile.  And 
    the juvenile GREEN HERON that Jim 
    Roethe reported continues along the 
    inlet creek.
