My Pleasanton yard has a number of GoldenCrowns and two Hermit Thrushs + all the White Crowns have been back for serval weeks too. I had two Yellow Rump Warbles visit Saturday put moved on. My yard arrangement plants, feeders and bath does not seem to keep a resident winter Yellow Rump Warbler.
Oh B-4 I forget Rusty was takling about Cedar Wax Wings a few weeks ago. Saturday I noticed a small flock of 8
feeding in the front yard of a home on Ridgewood and Harvest in Pleasanton.
No Cedar Wax wing in my yard.
This AM on HY 680 on the power lines near Alameda Creek bridge there were two very wet Red Shoulder Hawks.

    Dear EBBers,
This week-end brought further signs of the season to my northeast Berkeley
back yard: a fox sparrow arrived along with a growing flock of
    golden-crowneds and juncos.
I see that Sightings is being expanded to Marin and Santa Clara counties???
    	Good birding, wherever you go.
