Well, this answers our question about the brown bird we saw at the
interpretive center. I haven't seen a great tailed grackle since I was
last in Nevada.

Today at the shoreline
Magnolia Warbler - 1 at Winton. This is 10 years to the day since the
first shoreline record.
Golden-Plover sp. - 2, flew over the Winton parking area, not
identifiable to species.
Other warblers at Winton -
Yellow Warbler - about 10
Orange-crowned Warbler - 2
Common Yellowthroat - 2
Yellow-rumped Warbler - 1
No other migrants were seen at Winton.
American Pipit - 1 at Mt Trashmore was the first of the year.
Osprey - 1 flying over Johnson's landing.
Elegant Tern - 13 on the rocks at Johnson's Landing.
Graet-tailed Grackle - 7 seen near the interpretive center.
