Yes, that's what Animal Control said. I'm still waiting to hear what
happens with animal control and my neighbor - they haven't been able to meet
yet. The fact that he used a pellet gun at one point is an issue with the
police. The bird kill is a fish and game issue apparently. Not sure who to
contact there if I decide to take it that far.
