Thursday, 2/4/10,  from 10:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a Walnut Creek resident 
reported seeing a chukar in a lawn area of the professional building at 710 
South Broadway which is adjacent to the Iron Horse Trail, across from the 
Broadway Mall parking garages.
