[EBB Sightings] Larkey Park Screech Owl

This evening, as I was walking my dog, I heard a WESTERN SCREECH OWL in
Larkey Park(in Walnut Creek) in a live oak near where the trail crosses
2nd Ave (just east of Larkey Lane)  I went back to my house to get my
binoculars and was able to get a great visual on the same owl.  Larkey
Park is where the Lindsay Museum is located. Hopefully the owl will stick
around for awhile. BARN OWLS also frequent this park, I regularly hear
(and occasionally spot) them most evenings, including tonight.  I believe
that there is a Barn Owl box in the balcony above the restrooms of the
Lindsay Museum.
