On our hike today we were treated to many interesting birds some of which
included Horned Larks, Western Blue Birds, Northern Harrier, Bufflehead
ducks, Great Blue Heron, Pond Turtles, and many more.  All viewed as we
hiked around the Broines Crest Trail out of the Bear Creek entrance to the
park over by Orinda.
