    I would think the killer would just dump the body on the other side of the road then.  Fences are put up to keep people out.  Not to benefit the birds or to thwart killers.
    Silly cops and politians, the bad people will just conduct business elsewhere in the park and only the birdwatchers will lose out by this.  When I first saw the waterthrush this year, I was actually standing at the edge of the road.  So, until the vegatation grows back, we should still be able to catch glimpes of it.  We'll just have to watchout for cars.
