[EBB Sightings] Plover correction

I have been told that head pattern is insufficient for telling Pluvialis 
plovers apart, so all the plovers at Emery Point yesterday were probably 
Black-bellied because that is the common species. The light was bad, making 
it difficult to judge the amount of "golden" on the plovers, and none of 
them ever flew to show their distinctive wingpits.
