    This morning (Sun, Jan 3), a male EURASIAN WIGEON was with the 
    American Wigeon flock at the north end of the lagoon at Miller-Knox 
    Regional Shoreline in Richmond.
    
    A flock of about 25 White-throated Swifts were milling around the 
    hills to the east behind the Rambler Building.
    
    Two Red-breasted Nuthatches were in the pines near the first parking 
    lot.  Although these little guys have been regular here for the last 
    few years and apparently nested last spring, this is the first time 
    we've visually verified 2 individuals.
