Subject: [EBB Sightings] Emeryville Palm Warbler question

I saw the Palm Warbler again this afternoon at Doyle-Hollis Park in
Emeryville, on my way back from Arrowhead Marsh. I parked on 62th St. near
Hollis around 3:00 PM, and didn't hear or see anything. So, I decided to walk
around the perimeter of the park, not seeing anythings until I returned to
where I started and heard a Yellow-rumped Warbler in the trees along 62nd.
It left the tree to fly across the park to the trees along 61st St., leaving
behind the Palm Warbler who just sat on a limb bobbing its tail for a
couple of minutes, before flying after the YRW.
At Arrowhead Marsh I saw most of the sitings previously reported - it was
another high tide, with lots of birders ,cameras and scopes. Also saw a
Common Loon in the bay near the parking lot and a Common Merganser on shore
across the channel on the point near the bridge. Several other birders saw
it and pointed it out to me.
