[EBB Sightings] Bird ID Help

I've posted a few photos taken at Ohlone-Sunol Regional last May. The first two?photos are of the same?bird. I'm not sure the third?photo is of the same bird. I'm thinking the birds ID could be either a Warbling or perhaps a Philadelphia Vireo. I know the Philadelphia Vireo is rare in the Bay Area so I would pretty much rule that out. The only other possibility I can think of is Tennessee Warbler. While the photos are the best I'm not seeing enough color to be a Tennessee.

So, do anyone have an opinion?
