[EBB Sightings] Mitred/Red-masked Parakeet at Berkeley Marina ruckus

Hi EBBers,

After I made my original posting for Red-masked Parakeet at the Berkeley
Marina last weekend I was contacted privately via email regarding the
sighting.  Kay Loughman (thanks, Kay) in particular alerted me to the
presence of Mitred Parakeets in nearby Berkeley.   Fortunately I had a
photograph of the bird I'd seen and it was, indeed, a Mitred Parakeet, not a
Red-masked Parakeet.  I notified Kay and two others of my mistake, but did
not do so to EBB before leaving town for four days, returning last night.
