[EBB Sightings] Two American Bitterns and an adult Golden Eagle at Contra Loma Regional Park, Antioch

This morning while volunteering at the Kiwanis Club of the Delta  
Annual Holiday Run & Walk for Health at Contra Loma Regional Park in  
Antioch, there was a lull in activity during the run so I took the  
opportunity to do some birding.  During that time I observed two  
American Bitterns and an adult Golden Eagle.  At one point the eagle  
was pursuing a Black-tailed Jackrabbit which escaped capture.  (The  
hare would have done very well in the race.)
