Saw one adult pectoral sandpiper about 1 PM today at Coyote Hills Park.
I saw the bird about 50 yards from the beginning of the boardwalk
sitting on small a dirt island and then feeding in the small pond on
the left side of the boardwalk (walking away from the street). There
are two benches in the area, and I sat and watched it for 15
minutes. Further out, off the Lizard Rock Trail, I scoped a white faced
ibis and a common moorhen, as well as about 30 Pintails. Many mallards,
greater and lesser yellowlegs and one American Wigeon.

Also saw one loggerhead shrike and approx 200 White Pelicans.
