[EBB Sightings] Patterson Pass

Sunday morning I traveled over Patterson Pass Rd from Livermore and on to
the Tracy Sewage treatment ponds. I had a Prairie Falcon  strafing a large
flock of Rock Pigeons in the first 3/4 mile. I counted 3 Burrowing Owls at
mm 5.7 and a Rock Wren at the narrows.
At the sewage ponds nothing out of the ordinary except for 2 Blue Grosbeaks
in the vegetation along the canal on the west side. Does any one know if
it's okay to walk the dirt rd on the west side between the sewage ponds and
the old Holy Sugar plant? The sign says no parking put nothing about
trespassing.
