[EBB Sightings] Hayward RS Skimmers

Hi Birders-

Two Black Skimmers were on a small island in the west pond at Hayward RS 
this afternoon. They were only visible from the trail on the north side of 
the pond. They seemed to be staying in the shade of a bush and when they 
moved apart there appeared to be a chick between them. I could be wrong, 
this was binocs only through a thousand feet of heat distortion. Later when 
nearing the interpretive center I caught the skimmers in flight. One or two 
Least Terns were also seen.
