[EBB Sightings] Banded Tiercel on the Fruitvale Bridge

Not sure if it's the same bird seen earlier at Kaiser, but today a 
tiercel on the Fruitvale bridge was identified as Hiko, 71/P, hatched in 
Clara's first clutch in San Jose, in 2007. He's in full adult plumage, 
with a handsome pair of sideburns reminiscent of his father, Jose.
