[EBB Sightings] Another RFI--Oystercatchers and Tattlers

So many were so helpful in my last request, I thought I give it  
another try.

I'm hoping to get some images of Black Oystercatchers and Wandering  
Tattlers and am looking for suggestions for possible locations.  I've  
done zero shorebirding in the East Bay, but have searched the recent  
archives, and I was thinking about trying the Albany Bulb area and  
maybe the Richmond Marina (one tattler was reported flying over the  
Hayward Shoreline, but didn't seem to be sticking around). Hopefully I  
can find them locally and not have to head to the coast.

Any and all location and tidal suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
