[EBB Sightings] RE: Calling Black Rail at Coyote Hills RP

Hi E.B. Birders,

I have been following the Coyote Hills Black Rail vocalization thread, and I'm glad Bob Power recorded and posted the link to the calling bird so we could hear it.  

For anyone who would like to hear a Bay Area "kicker" call of Virginia Rail for comparison, here is a link to one I recorded in Marin County two weeks ago. The recording is at the bottom of the Virginia Rail list:
