[EBB Sightings] Blue-gray gnatcatcher & great_tailed grackles

At 12:15 today, the blue-gray gnatcatcher was in the shrubs at the very end of the Quarry parking lot  at  Coyote Hills RP.  A half-hour earlier, I spotted a shiny male great-tailed grackle on the bushy spit of land in the middle of the pond off Morton in Newark.  More than one noisy grackle was heard as well.  Yesterday morning ar Lake Merritt, Hilary Powers and I saw the tufted duck, redhead, a female Townsend's warbler, a mew gull, and a Barrow's goldeneye.
