    Hi all - Just to add my few cents... I'd like to off this advice. If  
    you have not already done so, make contact with the USFWS person in  
    your area that would respond to disruption of nest should that occur.  
    They should be a phone call away at the very least. Document,  
    document, document, as you're doing. Also, if there are any other  
    active nests of any native species, that will also halt any work that  
    would disturb that area. Any hummingbirds nesting? This is a horrible  
    time for EBRP to be doing any kind of work as it's coming into  
    nesting season for so many animals. Perhaps it is time to have an  
    agreement that this kind of work must be done after September and  
    before February.
