[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline (01/26)

Seen today at the Hayward Shoreline - 

Greater White-fronted Goose - 0 seen on the Radio Tower Hills, 6 seen here last week.

Snow Goose - 2 on the Radio Tower Hills.

Ross Goose - 0 seen on the Radio Tower Hills, 1 was here last week.

Cackling Goose - 185 seen on the Radio Tower Hills. Most are Aleutian Geese, including the one with the blue neck collar with white lettering - '16J'. This bird was banded (by someone with CDFG) in 2006 near Manteca, wintered at the Hayward Shoreline last year. And has been here since mid-Dec. this winter.
