[EBB Sightings] Hayward Shoreline (01/15)

Today at the shoreline -

Red-throated Loon - 1 seen on the bay from Frank's Dump est.

Red-necked Grebe - 1 seen on the bay just north of San Lorenzo Creek. Found by Peter south of here a little over a week ago.

Greater White-fronted Goose - 3 on the Radio Tower Hills.

Snow Goose - 2 on the Radio Tower Hills.

Ross Goose - 1 on the Radio Tower Hills.

Cacklins Goose - 380 on the Radio Tower Hills. At least 5 were of the subspecies minima, most of the rest were leucoparia (Aleutian).

Eurasian Wigeon - 1 male on the bay just south of San Lorenzo Creek.

Surfbird - 2 at Hayward's Landing.

Barn Swallow - 2 seen over the bay flying towards the shore. They were seen from Hayward's Landing.
