[EBB Sightings] Loggerhead Shrike Continues in Berkeley

This morning (Thursday, January 15) a small group of Golden Gate Audubon Society field trippers observed the continuing Loggerhead Shrike at Eastshore State Park, Berkeley.

To observe the bird, take the University Avenue exit off Highway 880, go west until you reach the Y/stop sign, turn right, and park opposite the Doubletree Hotel (preferably in the corner just before the road bends to the left).? The bird was on the chain-link fence just to the south of the Bay, or if you know the area, what is?officially the North Basin.
