[EBB Sightings] Request for Black Rail locations

Now that Waldo's dike has been fixed so the egrets and herons don't  
have a feast on Black Rails during high tide, I don't know where the  
best location is for trying to see this little guy -- which, by the  
way, I have never seen despite at least a dozen tries at Waldo's dike  
over the past few years.  I'd very much appreciate any suggestions  
subscribers to EBB might have as I see we've got a very high tide  
during the next few days.
