[EBB Sightings] Tree Swallows in Castro Valley

Greetings Birders.

On Wednesday morning, I saw a small flock of about five TREE SWALLOWS foraging in?an open space area between Crest Ave. and Lake Chabot Rd., not far from Lake Chabot.

I assumed these were overwintering birds - for no particular reason.? In a posting on SBB, Ryan Phillips?wrote that?the Tree Swallows he saw recently along Coyote Creek?were likely?early migrants.? So that's good enough for me!
