I'm new to this list and have a very belated report. Last Thursday
morning, 12/4, I observed an adult-ish Bald Eagle soaring over the
U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service Preserve in Fremont, from the causeway
section of Cushing Parkway. The parkway runs roughly between Automall
Parkway and Fremont Blvd. The bird's plumage was adult-like, with no
white on the torso or in the wings, but the white head was streaked
with brown. The tail may have had some fainter streaking, but appeared
    mostly clean white.

    Good birding,
