    Hi EBBers,
    
    I haven't noticed if anybody has posted Burrowing Owl at Arrowhead Marsh 
    lately.  This morning, at the southeast corner of the mitigation marsh area 
    there was a BURROWING OWL near the stand of Coyote Bushes that occupies that 
    corner.  The Coyote Bush provides cover for a good number or Black-tailed 
    Jackrabbits and California Ground Squirrels and the Burrowing Owl was 
    hanging out in one of the ground squirrel hole entrances.  There were six 
    gull species  in the western vermal pond area.
